Schedules, scores, brackets, times, and other details are provided in good faith and can change quickly during an event. We work to keep them current but cannot promise they are always complete or free of errors. For anything important, please confirm with organizers on site.

The Help assistant is automated and can make mistakes. Treat its answers as a helpful starting point, not an official ruling. For decisions that matter, such as game rules, eligibility, or timing, confirm with an organizer.

Registration, merchandise, and the silent auction take place on other platforms, including Amilia, under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those services or for any transaction you make on them.

Please use the site for its intended purpose: following the tournament. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its data. Volunteer and organizer tools are restricted to authorized people only.

The HoopFest and Canada Ismaili Basketball names, logos, and site content belong to the organizers or their partners and may not be copied or reused without permission. Sponsor logos belong to the sponsors. Team and player information is shown to support the event.

Everyone involved in HoopFest is also expected to follow our Code of Conduct, which sets out how we behave at events.
